Gibraltar Mortgage was founded in 1974 because there was a need in the market for a lender that understood that not everyone’s dreams are achieved without encountering some challenges along the way. Fast-forward to today and the need still exists. At Gibraltar we get it. We understand that into everyone’s life, “a little rain must fall”. But that doesn’t mean people interested in working hard to achieve their goals don’t deserve a financial partner that will stand with them as they build their dreams. And for over 30 years we've done just that. Stood shoulder-to-shoulder with our customers as they turn their dreams into reality. We provide funding for interim commercial - BuildWell™ - and residential mortgages - HomeGuard™ - serving borrowers that traditional, big lenders pass by. We listen to the borrower’s plans then roll up our sleeves, walk the ground, and consult the professionals. Gibraltar has offices in Calgary and Edmonton. We offer funding for interim commercial mortgages and residential mortgages through Canada’s solid mortgage broker professionals. We encourage brokers to bring us their commercial development projects that require a flexible lender and a quick answer.
