Rita has been a key member of the Gibraltar team since 1981.

Rita directs and manages the administration of all private mortgage investments and has raised capital for Gibraltar's investment portfolios. She is an active member of Gibraltar's credit committee and has extensive experience in all operational areas of the company.

As the commercial underwriter, Gerry brings to Gibraltar over 25 years of commercial banking, development finance, venture capital, and business valuation experience. This background provides Gerry with all of the deal-making and facilitation skills necessary to bring complicated commercial transactions to that critical closing point. Gerry thrives on the most challenging deals, and believes that a positive attitude is the most important tool in solving any problem. He always welcomes the opportunity to “…do the deal ”.

Gerry holds a BA in History from Concordia University in Montreal, as well as an MBA from the University of Alberta. He has a passion for golf and professes to be available for play on very short notice.

Keith has been active in real estate lending and asset management of commercial and revenue real estate since the mid 1980's.

His broad experience in both the public and private sectors includes evaluation and analysis of commercial and investment real estate assets as well as a diverse cross section in the areas of interim commercial and construction mortgage lending.

Keith's strong industry background provides Gibraltar's borrowers with the assurance that the best possible loan structure will be offered in the shortest time possible.

Julie Scott is responsible for overseeing the funding process for all mortgages including residential, commercial and construction. She brings to Gibraltar 20 years of diverse experience ranging from administration for architects, developers and cost consultants to mortgage funding and servicing for a number of companies. Julie applies a practical approach in order to meet the needs of our clients within the scope of our lending guidelines.

Donna has worked in the Financial Service Industry for over 20 years including mortgage servicing and administration. In addition, she holds a Mortgage Agent license, has 10 years of consumer/mortgage lending and takes a common sense approach to underwriting. Donna believes that great customer service is an important aspect of mortgage underwriting and is looking forward to a rewarding challenge which she will find no doubt at Gibraltar. When Donna’s not working, you can find her on the golf course or enjoying the outdoors. When our Calgary weather turns bad she’s off to explore another country, Donna loves to travel and explore new places.
