Investing with Gibraltar Mortgage is as easy as One, Two, Three!:
Step 1. Select
a file from our
current
investment opportunities page.
Step 2. Call one of our
Investor Services Reps to reserve your spot in the desired file
as some files do sell out fast.
Step 3. Print off our
Commitment Intention Form, fill in your legal name, address,
file number of the file you desire to invest in, the form of funds, SIN
number, date and sign. Mail the Commitment
Intention Form to us with a cheque in the amount of which you would like
to invest. (Minimum personal funds $10,000). If investing with RRSP
money (minimum investment of $25,000) give us
a call and we can help you decide which investment is best suited to
your needs. One of our reps will confirm your
purchase and send you a formal agreement.
